Job summary

Aureos Capital is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major nuclear decommissioning and demolition program. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage subcontractors and ensure safe, compliant execution under NEC4 contracts.

The role emphasizes risk, schedule, and stakeholder management within a highly regulated environment, with a focus on radiological waste handling and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MIDE or CCDO certification is essential.
• Minimum 10+ years in major construction/infrastructure projects.
• Proven demolition/deconstruction project experience.
• Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract knowledge.
• Experience in highly regulated nuclear environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major nuclear decommissioning/demolition packages.
• Manage subcontractors ensuring safe systems of work and quality outputs.
• Drive HSEQ, programme, and commercial outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety cases and site licences.
• Oversee demolition activities including hazardous materials handling and waste streams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and planning across project
• Report progress, cost, risk, and performance accurately.
