Job summary

Assystem in Bristol, England, United Kingdom seeks a Construction Delivery Manager for nuclear new build projects. Lead strategic site setup, sequencing, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

You will coordinate contractors, monitor performance, and produce concise reports for senior management. This role requires strong CDM knowledge, stakeholder management, and ability to deliver under pressure in a complex site environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, recovery planning and resource allocation.
• Understanding of commercial principles affecting delivery.
• CDM Regulations knowledge and construction obligations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to produce concise, informative reports.
• Proven ability to deliver under pressure.
• Experience collaborating with managers across site operations.
• NEBOSH, SMSTS or IOSH qualification holder.
