Framatome UK is seeking a Commercial Manager to provide commercial oversight and ensure project delivery aligns with client agreements and company strategy. You will manage major contracts, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and develop robust commercial documents with Legal to protect the company’s interests.

In this role you will drive contract awareness, manage procurement processes, and coach teams on best practices for complex contract issues while nurturing long-term client

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and construction industry regulations.
• Foundational experience in complex negotiations and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Commercial oversight and control to ensure delivery of projects in line with client-side commercial arrangements and company strategy.
• Draft and develop robust commercial documents in conjunction with Legal to protect Framatome Ltd.'s interests and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations and effective communication of terms across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties to manage financial aspects of contracts and guide bid processes with clear emphasis on commercial risk.
• Coach and develop teams on best practices for managing complex contract issues.
• Nurture long-term client relationships to sustain value for the company.
