Job summary

Babcock’s Civil and Structural Engineering Graduate Programme offers a two-year, placement-based experience across naval and nuclear infrastructure. Participants rotate through teams, gaining exposure to design, assessments and on-site support while building a professional network within Cavendish Nuclear.

You will join a structured development path with masterclasses and mentorship to progress toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, starting from a minimum salary of £35,000 and

Qualifications

• Achieve or be on track to achieve a BEng or MEng in Civil, Coastal or Structural Engineering.
• Security Clearance: BPSS and Security Check (SC) as required for the programme.
• Willingness to rotate across teams and locations to gain broad experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-year rotations across civil and structural projects.
• Assist in design documentation, structural assessments, and compliance processes.
• Contribute to high-profile infrastructure and defence projects within Cavendish Nuclear.
