Sizewell C invites you to begin a rewarding business career through a two-year graduate programme designed to rotate you through placements across finance, business, economics, politics, energy and data analytics. You will be mentored by line and placement managers and supported by a buddy system to build confidence and professional networks.

You will gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts and contribute to projects advancing the UK’s net zero goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2:2 or higher) in Finance, Business, Economics, Politics, Energy & Sustainability or Data Analytics.
• Interest in nuclear energy and sustainability and being part of making a difference.
• Flexible, agile mindset with strong ethics, integrity and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Gain hands‑on experience, develop technical and professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects supporting the UK’s net-zero journey.
• Placements will be determined by business need; you are guaranteed a unique experience and valuable networks.
• At programme end, Sizewell C will help you decide how to progress your career within Sizewell C.
• Based at Leiston with placements up to 6 months, travel to other locations to support other business units.
