Job summary

Vulcain Engineering Group is seeking a Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Documents, Records & Completions team on the Hinkley Point C project. You will be the central reporting expert, building robust BI solutions, delivering high-quality management information and establishing a single source of truth for key performance data.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering KPI frameworks that drive decision-making.
Ability to analyse large datasets and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong data governance and data quality understanding in reporting environments.
Proven track record in automating reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across inter-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide meaningful insights.
Produce regular management information and performance reports for operational and senior stakeholders.
Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to monitor performance and support strategic objectives.
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Improve data quality, governance and reporting consistency across the function.
Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and accessibility of information.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
Provide expert advice on reporting best practices, data visualization and performance measurement.
