Job summary

TSR Legal is recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established team in Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with post-qualification experience to develop a career handling a broad range of contentious property matters for commercial and private clients.

You will manage a varied caseload, advising on landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and land ownership issues, easements, rights of way, trespass, nuisance claims and other

Qualifications

• Experience in property litigation, including both commercial and private matters.
• Organised with strong drafting and communication skills.
• Able to manage client relationships independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property disputes for commercial and private clients.
• Advise on landlord and tenant disputes, boundaries, easements, and rights of way.
• Prepare and draft court documents and pleadings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide commercially aware advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues on more complex matters when required.
