A highly regarded London law firm is seeking an NQ Solicitor (2025 qualifier) to join its renowned Strategic Land and Development team. This is a standout opportunity for a junior Real Estate lawyer looking to build a long-term career in a specialist, future-facing area of property law.

The Opportunity:

Joining a collaborative and well-established team, you'll advise on high-value, complex strategic land transactions across the UK. This includes greenfield and brownfield development projects, often involving multiple stakeholders and long-term phased delivery. The firm is known for its sophisticated handling of large-scale land assemblies and infrastructure-led development, offering a genuinely exciting practice area for lawyers looking to develop technical depth and sector insight.

You'll work alongside real estate, planning, construction, tax and corporate colleagues, supporting clients including landowners, developers, housebuilders, promoters, funders, and local authorities. The firm acts on a range of matters including:

- Promotion, collaboration, and option agreements
- Development and infrastructure delivery arrangements
- Phased site disposals and long-term estate management
- Structuring of land acquisitions and joint ventures
- Tax-efficient development structuring

Candidate Requirements:

- Newly Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales, 2025 qualification)
- Solid training in a well-regarded Real Estate practice
- Exposure to strategic land or development work (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- A collaborative, solutions-driven approach
- Strong communication skills and an interest in building client relationships
