• Develop client relationships with genuine responsibility and mentorship from senior lawyers.
• Contribute to strategic caseload planning and maintain high-quality advocacy.

The Work

You'll handle a genuinely varied caseload:

• Residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters: rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes
• Building and development disputes
• Land acquisition and strategic options work
• Possession actions and enforcement matters
• Purchaser claims and title disputes

Real cases with commercial stakes. Client contact from early on. Genuine responsibility as you develop.
