Job summary

Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Property Litigation Senior Associate for Milton Keynes or Oxford with hybrid working. You will run own matters and assist more senior lawyers on contentious property work for private individuals, landlords, tenants and organisations.

The role requires 6+ years of PQE with strong client relationships, commercial acumen and adaptability in a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE in Property Litigation.
• Ability to deal with a broad range of clients.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of contentious property matters for private clients, landlords and organisations.
• Manage own matters and assist senior lawyers.
• Advise transactional colleagues on tricky property issues.
• Interpret restrictive covenants and assess enforceability.
• Advise on private nuisance and trespass.

• Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land
• Running own matters as well as assisting more seniorlawyers with their cases
• Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
• Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
• Advising on private nuisance and trespass
