Job summary

Errington Legal is seeking a NQ-3 years PQE Property Disputes Solicitor to join its expanding team across East Anglia, Essex or Kent with hybrid working. You will draft and review tenancy agreements, notices, pleadings and witness statements, manage a caseload of residential letting matters, attend court hearings and contribute to business development while upholding the firm's high standards.

The role offers exposure to high-value disputes, supportive supervision, and clear progression paths

Qualifications

• NQ to 3 years PQE with interest in residential lettings law.
• Strong investigative/legal research skills.
• High attention to detail and strong drafting/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing tenancy agreements, notices, pleadings, witness statements and settlements.
• Manage a caseload of residential letting matters with supervision as appropriate.
• Attending court hearings, negotiations and mediations as required.
• Playing an active role in business development.
