TSR Legal is seeking an NQ/Junior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Cardiff City Centre team. You will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion and assist with more complex matters where required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months' experience in residential conveyancing, be highly organized, IT literate, and a proactive team player focused on excellent client care and accuracy.

Our client a Lexcel-accredited firm offers a select range of services to individual and business clients from their offices in Cardiff City Centre. Led by five partners, ably supported by experienced lawyers and dedicated support staff, they are now seeking to add to their team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven NQ / Junior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client’s flourishing team in Central Cardiff. Working closely with senior fee earners within the department, the successful Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of Residential Property transactions from instruction to post-completion and assist with more complex matters when required. A hands-on role within a progressive firm offering high quality work, a competitive salary and excellent career progression prospects for the right Lawyer.

The Person

You must be an NQ Solicitor with at least 18 month’s solid experience gained within a reputable Residential Conveyancing department.

You must be highly organised and fully conversant with conveyancing procedures.

You will be IT literate.

You will be a pro-active team player with excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.

You will be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
