Job Description

The In-house Solicitor will be:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Providing general in-house legal advice across various business areas
• Supporting the business on data protection compliance
• Collaborating closely with commercial and operational teams
• Helping maintain strong governance and risk management standards

The Successful Applicant

The In-house Solicitor should be:

• A newly qualified / qualifying solicitor with experience in a commercial team
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Knowledgeable in data protection laws and compliance
• Able to work independently and as part of a small, friendly legal team

Experience having worked in or with a similar industry would be advantageous.
