Clinical Negligence - NQ Solicitor - Leeds - Hybrid - up to £45,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a reputable law firm in Leeds city centre, specialising in Clinical Negligence. As the firm’s Clinical Negligence department continues to expand, they are looking to appoint an experienced NQ Solicitor to strengthen the team.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters independently while also supporting Senior Solicitors with their complex cases from inception through to completion, covering both pre-litigation and litigated matters. You will be responsible for investigating liability, thoroughly reviewing medical records, instructing medical experts, drafting Letters of Claim, assessing quantum, and making Part 36 offers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing or assisting on Clinical Negligence claims. This is an excellent role for someone looking to deepen their expertise in Clinical Negligence within a supportive and well-regarded team.
