Job summary

Llamau Limited in Port Talbot, UK, seeks a dedicated Support Worker to coordinate the delivery of support to young people in line with their Individual Support Plan, within the NPT Young Persons Dispersed Accommodation.

You will work with a small team, delegating tasks to Support Assistants / Project Workers (nights) and ensuring clear, timely completion of duties to safeguard and empower the young people. This role emphasises collaborative planning and attention to detail in daily welfare tasks.

Co-ordinating the delivery of support for young people in line with their Individual Support Plan. For young people supported in Llamau Project Houses this will include delegating some tasks to be completed by Support Assistants / Project Workers (nights), and ensuring completion of these tasks.
