Job summary

Llamau Limited in Wales is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to coordinate the delivery of support for young people in line with their Individual Support Plan. In Llamau Project Houses this may involve delegating tasks to Support Assistants / Project Workers (nights) and ensuring these tasks are completed.

The role contributes to the charity's mission to eradicate homelessness and support vulnerable individuals.
