Job summary

Outsource UK Limited in Bristol is seeking a Programme Manager to lead multiple New Product Introduction programmes, coordinating across engineering, operations, manufacturing and commercial teams in a hybrid Bristol setting.

You will ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget and align with technical specifications, while managing stakeholders at all levels. APM PMQ or PRINCE2 and an engineering degree are desirable; hybrid working offered.

Qualifications

• Proven Programme Management or Senior Project Management experience.
• Background delivering projects within engineering, manufacturing, technology or R&D environments.
• Experience managing complex, multi year technical projects.
• Strong budget, resource and schedule management skills.
• Demonstrable stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience leading cross functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk and change management.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical programmes from development through to delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources and programme performance.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Manage project risks, actions, issues and decisions through RAID management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve key programme milestones.
• Deliver clear and concise programme reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive project governance and ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to project teams.
