Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking an NPI Quality Engineer or Senior NPI Quality Engineer to embed quality across the New Product Introduction process in a highly regulated engineering environment.

The role focuses on robust planning, risk management and governance from concept through production, working with Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to drive right-first-time product introductions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in aerospace, defence, automotive, medical devices or another advanced manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of New Product Introduction or Product Development processes.
Experience using quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, FAIRs, Control Plans and 8D methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
HNC, HND or Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Embedding quality throughout the New Product Introduction process, ensuring robust planning, risk management and governance.
Supporting New Product Introduction from design through to production handover.
Leading root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Developing KPIs and reporting on NPI quality performance.
Working across Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to improve product quality and reduce risk.
