Job summary

Orion Electrotech Ltd is seeking an experienced NPI Quality Engineer to support quality activities during the introduction of new products and processes, embedding robust quality practices from development through to production. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Project teams to drive product launches, manage quality risks, verify and validate, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

Experience in quality engineering or manufacturing environment.
Experience leading new product introduction or process improvement activities.
Knowledge of quality tools and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

Support quality activities associated with new product introduction projects.
Work cross-functionally to identify, assess and mitigate quality-related risks.
Assist with product verification, validation and qualification activities.
Support problem-solving investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
Develop and maintain project-related quality documentation.
Monitor quality performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across products and processes.
Ensure quality requirements are effectively incorporated throughout project lifecycles.
