Job summary

ADEY, part of the Genuit Group's Climate Management Solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to lead NPI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

The role requires leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-growing manufacturing environment, with awareness of PRINCE2/Agile principles and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects in a matrix organisation
• Experience with manufacturing environments and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall/Agile) and risk control

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from initiation to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation
• Monitor budgets, risks and issues and escalate where needed
• Communicate with stakeholders and ADEY leadership on progress
• Ensure alignment with ADEY and Genuit objectives
