ADEY, the market leader in the provision of residential water treatment products for closed loop heating and cooling systems in the UK, is looking for a Project Manager to join the team.

Part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, ADEY has ambitious growth plans to continue protecting the world’s heating and cooling systems, to have a positive impact on the environment and people’s lives.

The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading NPI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are

delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to

manage cross-functional teams while aligning project outcomes with both ADEY’s and the wider Genuit goals.

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with the ADEY Leadership team and team members to ensure alignment.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.

  • Escalate in a timely manner any major risks or issue effecting project progress.

  • Interface with cross functional stake holders to ensure milestones are met

  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates, dashboards, and project performance metrics to the ADEY Senior Project Manager.

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members to enable them to deliver correctly and on time

  • Assume control and responsibility for all aspects of allocated projects

  • Manage the resource appointed to relevant projects

  • Work on own initiative and contribute as a valued member of wider project and business teams including the wider CMS and Genuit stakeholders

  • Ensure projects are managed in accordance with agreed ADEY project methodologies and all documentation is compliant

The Person
  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • Managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines

  • Working in a fast paced, expanding company

  • Experience within a matrix organisation

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Experience in the use of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, MS 365 etc.)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skill Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Resilient under pressure and adaptable to change.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and results. Drives results and continuous improvement
