Qualifications

• Experience leading projects or programmes involving complex products, technology, engineering or manufacturing.
• Ability to bring together cross-functional contributors and maintain momentum toward outcomes.
• Proven planning, schedule management, cost control, risk/issue management, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmes across the NPI lifecycle from bid through to transition to production.
• Create and maintain integrated plans, milestones, budgets, forecasts and resources.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including optical, mechanical, electronics, and manufacturing.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation, recovery and contingency plans.
• Manage customer and internal stakeholder interfaces and contract obligations.
• Support bid planning, estimating, and handover into delivery.
• Oversee programme budget controls and progress against objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of programme management methods.
