Job summary

Outsource UK in Bristol is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead multiple New Product Introduction programmes in a hybrid Bristol-based role. You will coordinate engineering, operations, manufacturing and commercial teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification.

You will manage risks, stakeholders and reporting, driving governance and providing leadership to project teams across the business. A strong background in engineering or technology is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven programme management or senior project management experience.
• Experience delivering projects in engineering, manufacturing, technology or R&D environments.
• Experience with multi-year, complex technical programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical programmes from development through to delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources and programme performance.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Manage project risks, actions, issues and decisions through RAID management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve key programme milestones.
• Deliver clear and concise programme reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive project governance and ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to project teams.
