Job summary

83zero Ltd in Stafford is seeking an experienced NPI Programme Manager to lead multiple New Product Introduction programmes for an engineering and manufacturing business. You will manage projects from development to production, coordinating with engineering, operations and stakeholders to meet time, budget and quality targets.

You will lead 2-4 large-scale NPI programmes, develop plans, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

A degree or equivalent project management experience with 10+ years in design, development, engineering or operations.

Responsibilities

Lead 2-4 large-scale NPI programmes, driving delivery from development through to production launch.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets and key programme milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, manage risks and keep programmes on track.
Lead stakeholder updates, programme governance meetings and formal Gateway reviews.
Oversee pilot builds, field follow-up and the transition into first production.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, drive continuous improvement and report progress to senior management.
Build strong relationships across engineering, operations and other business functions, providing guidance and support to project team members.
