Job summary

Nova Talent is partnering with a leading engineering and technology organisation to recruit a Production Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and innovative manufacturing environment, where you’ll play a key role in bringing new products into production and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and test processes.

Working closely with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams, you’ll help ensure products are introduced efficiently, manufactured

Qualifications

• Experience in a Production/Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Experience supporting manufacture and test of electronic products.
• Knowledge of PCBAs, SMT and electro-mechanical products.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, product introduction and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support product development to ensure design for manufacture and test.
• Lead introduction of new products into production, ensuring smooth transition from design to manufacture.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve efficiency.
• Support development and maintenance of production test systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead CI initiatives.
• Support manufacturing partners to ensure alignment with quality and production requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for production processes and operations.
