Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced NPI Process Engineer to join the Launch & SVO team in Buckingham. You will develop manufacturing processes for new product introductions, drive continuous improvement, and hand over to production ensuring quality, cost and delivery targets.

You will lead process development, PFMEA/DFMEA, control plans, BOM/Routing integration and DFMEA activities, supporting pre-series and prototype builds until project closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in assembly manufacturing or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations.
• Support NPI programmes from pre-series to production handover and closure.
• Create and maintain PFMEAs, DFMEAs, and control plans; integrate BOMs and routing
• Support RFQ development and manufacturing cost assessments
