Oho Group in Cambridge is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to take new products from prototype into volume production, collaborating with engineering teams and contract manufacturers to scale manufacturing. You will apply DFM/DFMA, develop processes and documentation, support prototypes, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions to improve yields and manufacturing performance.

Formación

• Experience in NPI, Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
• Background with electronics or electro-mechanical products.
• Experience taking products into volume production.
• Understanding of SMT/PCBA and assembly processes.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NPI activity from prototype through to production.
• Work with contract manufacturers on new product introduction.
• Apply DFM / DFMA principles to product designs.
• Develop manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Support prototype and pre-production builds.
• Investigate production issues and drive corrective actions.
• Analyse yields and process data to improve manufacturing performance.
