Qualifications
Proven experience in an NPI or manufacturing engineering role within a production environment.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Confidence in process development, tooling specification, and production readiness.
Responsibilities
Lead NPI projects from initial concept through to full-scale manufacturing.
Liaise closely with design, production, and quality teams for product launches.
Develop and optimise manufacturing processes for new products.
Produce and maintain detailed process documentation.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
