Qualifications

• Proven experience in an NPI or manufacturing engineering role within a production environment.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Confidence in process development, tooling specification, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from initial concept through to full-scale manufacturing.
• Liaise closely with design, production, and quality teams for product launches.
• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes for new products.
• Produce and maintain detailed process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
