Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Management is essential.
• Strong understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP principles is required.
• Knowledge of standard testing protocols, including shelf life and nutritional testing is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Manage all QA and technical information for assigned customers.
• Build strong customer relationships through engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial and Technical.
• Investigate and resolve product and quality-related issues.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Represent the company in meetings.
• Partner with Innovations Lead to ensure accuracy in formulations.
• Support commercialization of new products.
