Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd in Cardiff is seeking an NPD Project Manager to lead several NPD/NPI projects from development through to production. You will coordinate Design, Engineering, Production and Quality, and manage project plans, milestones, risks and budgets.

You will drive stage-gate reviews, coordinate prototypes and testing, ensure documentation and production handovers, and manage a small technical team, providing clear updates and elevating risks when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing NPD, NPI or product development projects within manufacturing.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience with stage-gate or structured product development processes.
• Understanding of prototype development, testing, validation and production readiness.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Previous people/team management experience.
• Practical, hands-on understanding of manufacturing environments.
