Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking an NPD Chef to join the UK Poultry Central NPD team. The role blends hands-on culinary work with product development, translating customer briefs into market-ready concepts.

You will collaborate with the NPD Manager and development team to recreate samples, support customer presentations and drive culinary excellence for major retailers. Experience in food manufacturing or a move from a professional kitchen is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef in high-quality environments; transition to NPD possible.
• Knowledge of product development processes or interest in pursuing NPD.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine food products in line with customer briefs.
• Prepare and present product samples for reviews.
• Support customer presentations, showcasing culinary expertise.
• Translate customer requirements into viable food solutions.
• Conduct recipe development, benchmarking and product evaluations.
• Support factory trials and product launches as needed.
