Drnewitt is seeking a Development Chef to join a fast-paced food business focused on innovation across multiple product areas. You will work with NPD, Category, and Commercial teams from concept to launch, delivering commercially viable products for diverse retail and foodservice customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Understanding of the journey from kitchen concept through to scaled production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at pace and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine products across multiple categories.
• Respond to customer briefs with creative, market-relevant concepts.
• Present ideas to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance and technical teams to ensure feasibility and cost effectiveness.
• Keep ahead of food trends and bring fresh ideas to the business.
• Drive innovation across site and wider group.
