Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Software Engineer / Application Owner to govern the NowPlatform within the ServiceNow Platform team.

You will collaborate with the Integrations Application Owner and Data Governance Lead to ensure platform compliance, data quality, confidentiality, and access management across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Senior stakeholder management across technical and business units.

Responsibilities

• Be point of contact for audits (SOX/SOC1) and assessments.
• Track remediation of Harmony/FARM breaks and core issues.
• Register assets and ensure compliance (SEAL, API Store).
• Own artifacts (HLDD, Harmony, JADE) and access control evidence.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Controls, Product; manage access provisioning.
• Classify on-platform data per PI/CI and liaise on data sourcing contracts.
• Oversee data retention and review entitlement requirements.
