Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coaching to a team of entry-level to mid-level software engineers.
• Make decisions influencing team execution and process implementation.
• Collaborate with business analysis teams to produce estimates and agile delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across the book of work.
• Design, code, test, and deliver software leveraging ServiceNow frameworks.
• Champion and enhance scrum practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices with secure coding and automated testing.
