Zusammenfassung

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Software Engineer / Application Owner within the ServiceNow Platform team.

You will partner with the Data Governance Lead to ensure platform governance, data quality, confidentiality, integrity, and retention policies are applied across NowPlatform components. You will oversee design, development, and testing of platform solutions, guiding engineers through complex security and compliance requirements while enabling scalable, reliable

Aufgaben

Be the point of contact for firm-wide assessments and audit activities (SOX/SOC1).
Track Harmony/FARM breaks and Core Audit Issues remediation activities.
Oversee asset registration and compliance (SEAL, API Store).
Own application artifacts (HLDD, Harmony, JADE).
Manage control requirements and evidence (AO Comms, ERMA, FARM, CORE, Response Central).
Coordinate with Architecture, Controls, Product.
Handle provisioning, deprovisioning and approvals for access management (MTH, Smart Approval, Functional IDs, Digital Certificates).
Partner with ServiceNow Core Product teams to support new capabilities on the platform.
Ensure on-platform data classification aligns with PI/CI data guidelines.
