Job summary

Computacenter Nottingham is seeking a Test Portfolio Manager to join the TVM team. You will oversee the Test Portfolio, plan activities, estimate resources and costs, and ensure adherence to SLAs while keeping the portfolio profitable.

The role also covers technical escalation for Test Managed Service, Windows 10 Evergreen testing, and collaboration on longer-term testing strategy with suppliers and customers to drive quality and service improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create test strategies, plans and reports.
• Strong planning and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to present ideas across technical teams and management.
• Experience with test management tools listed.
• Experience with software delivery and policy tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Test Portfolio within TVM and Group Managed Services.
• Validate project requests, provide resource and cost estimates.
• Ensure SLAs/KPIs are met and costs are controlled.
• Track BAU/TRS cost and portfolio profitability.
• Review artefacts related to Test Management across the portfolio.
• Provide escalation point for projects and programmes.
• Participate in monthly Test Governance meetings.
• Create cost models for Managed Service bids and support Pre-Sales.
• Support sales with technical implementation knowledge.
• Develop process, procedure and control documentation.
