Job summary

Brook Street in Nottingham is seeking a Customer Complaints Handler to investigate and resolve insurance and service-related complaints, ensuring customers are treated fairly and FCA guidelines are followed. This is a hybrid role after an initial training period, with a starting salary of £25,506 and an average annual bonus potential of £3,000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in complaints handling or customer retentions.
• Experience managing issues from first contact through to resolution.
• Track record of meeting targets and delivering fair outcomes.
