Job summary

Thrive Tribe in Nottingham is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to promote the IHWS and build partnerships across the city. You will nurture referrals, engage with GP surgeries, voluntary and community services, and help reach priority groups while upholding governance and data standards.

Hybrid working and a supportive team culture are offered. The role covers North and South Nottingham, with a starting salary of £25,000 and a permanent, full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in networking, referral generation and/or partnership management.
• Understanding of health inequalities and approaches to engaging priority groups.
• Bonus points for experience engaging with priority groups.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external organisations to build effective partnerships and promote Nottingham IHWS, especially with primary care locations, voluntary and community services.
• Collaborate with Thrive Tribe’s centralised marketing team on campaigns and communications plans.
• Lead outreach activities to drive engagement across the service and exceed KPIs, including networking events and presenting in Nottingham.
• Establish referral relationships with local community and health partners (GPs, hospital trusts, mental health trusts, voluntary organisations).
• Promote our pathways to priority groups in line with KPI, focusing on global majority groups and those from deprived areas.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of service stakeholders and assist in communications with partners.
• Collaborate with Thrive Tribe services on new projects and service developments; share knowledge and resources.
• Ensure compliance with Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation and guidance.
• Support Thrive Tribe values and contribute to a positive organisational culture.
