Michael Page is recruiting an Assistant Manager for the Not-for-Profit Audit team in Cheltenham. You will manage a portfolio of external audit clients and lead engagements from planning through to completion, while developing relationships with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualifications, strong audit experience, and a genuine interest in the Not-for-Profit sector. The role offers clear progression and a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification required.
• Experience leading external audit engagements in practice.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple assignments.
• Demonstrable people management and coaching skills.
• Interest in Not-for-Profit sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities
