Michael Page Finance seeks an Audit - Senior Associate for the Not-for-Profit sector in Cheltenham. You will lead audit engagements for charities, academies, and similar organisations, under Partners, Directors, and Managers. The role offers leadership responsibility and clear long-term development.

You will plan, review, and document audits, liaising with clients to gather information, supervise junior staff, and ensure timely, accurate reporting in a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearing completion.
• External audit experience gained within practice.
• Strong audit knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Genuine interest in the Not-for-Profit sector.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and complete audit assignments with accuracy and clear documentation.
• Review financial information and supporting records for audit matters.
• Prepare audit working papers recording work and conclusions.
• Discuss audit queries with clients and obtain needed information.
• Coordinate with colleagues to keep audit plans on track and deadlines.
• Highlight issues and support reporting to the wider team.
• Maintain organised records to ensure consistent delivery.
