Job summary

Michael Page Finance in Cheltenham is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager for the Social Purpose and Not-for-Profit team. You will lead delivery of both compliance and advisory services to a varied portfolio of not-for-profit organisations, collaborating with Partners and senior stakeholders to ensure deadlines and service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate tax compliance work from planning through to completion.
• Ability to explain tax matters clearly to clients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing deadlines.
• Interest in developing expertise in the social and not-for-profit sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and advisory assignments for NFP clients.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Provide technical tax support to colleagues across audit and advisory teams.
• Lead the delivery of complex tax projects and advisory engagements.
• Support national and regional business development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing clients.
• Raise the profile of the tax team through external networking activities.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior members of the team.
• Work closely with Partners to deliver exceptional client service.
