Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a proactive M&S Northern Area Manager to lead the HV Systems Installation team based in Leeds. You will manage installation staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive performance in line with the M&S Business Manager’s directives.

The role requires a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent project/site management experience in high voltage cable environments, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant professional discipline or equivalent training.
• Structured project and site management experience in high voltage cable work.
• Experience leading engineers and operatives with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and operatives; monitor performance and training needs.
• Communicate weekly planning, team briefs, SHEQ and company bulletins to the team.
• Champion Continuous Improvement to achieve KPIs.
• Develop Prysmian’s regional presence and set up a reactive maintenance service.
