Newcastle Building Society is seeking a qualified Financial Adviser to cover Pickering and North Yorkshire. The role is primarily branch-based, working 3–4 days per week across our North Yorkshire network, delivering high-quality face-to-face advice and building trusted relationships with customers.

You will support the regional team, manage client reviews, and contribute to growth while upholding regulatory standards and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Financial Adviser qualification and compliant with industry standards.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver tailored financial advice.
• Strong communication, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel across Pickering and North Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture and grow relationships with introducers.
• Manage a structured customer review process.
• Generate new introductions through trust and service.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, quality and growth.
• Deliver clear, expert advice in branch settings across the region.
• Review customers' financial circumstances to support wellbeing and planning.
• Represent Newcastle Financial Advisers in local communities.
• Support Financial Education programme delivery.
