Qualifications

• Experience leading regional networks, branches, sites, or stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
• Strong leadership experience with coaching and motivating dispersed teams.
• Confident public speaker, delivering presentations, workshops or events.
• Commercial awareness with budget and performance objective management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Comfortable engaging both face-to-face and digital channels.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a varied workload independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth, retention and engagement across the region.
• Build strong relationships with members, volunteers, local businesses and stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and support Branch Managers and volunteer leaders.
• Deliver a programme of networking events, training sessions, roadshows and professional development activities.
• Act as the organisation's regional ambassador at meetings, conferences and industry events.
• Manage regional budgets, performance targets and business plans.
• Ensure effective member communications and CRM data management.
• Collaborate with national teams to deliver objectives locally.
• Identify opportunities to enhance member value and grow regional influence.
