Job summary

Homes England seeks Growth Managers for the North West region, based in Manchester or Liverpool. Two opportunities exist: a permanent contract and a fixed-term contract/secondment ending 31 August 2028. Closing date is 16 November 2026; interviews the week of 30 November 2026.

• Knowledge of development viability appraisals and regional housing markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop the pipeline and bring in new business to the Social and Affordable Homes Programme.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the North West region to deliver affordable housing growth.
• Work within the Regional Delivery Directorate with Homes England teams to maximise delivery.
