Job summary

Selectus Total is recruiting an Area Manager to drive growth across Manchester and the North West. This home-based role combines account management with new business, delivering non-food ranges to independent retailers and convenience stores.

You will nurture relationships, prospect new accounts, and work with sales teams to hit revenue targets. A UK driving license is required and a company car is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG sales or account management.
• GCSE or equivalent education.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-management and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Selling the non-food range into Retail customers.
• Develop new business through direct prospecting.
• Use customer data to grow turnover to targets.
• Grow share of wallet within existing customers via visits.
• Meet personal objectives while supporting team targets.
• Collaborate with Sales executives to retain customers.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders.
