Job summary

ASR International is partnering with a market-leading business to recruit a Contract / Specification Sales Manager across the North West. You will own a regional customer base of circa 40 active accounts, targeting national and regional housebuilders and developers.

In this role you will identify opportunities to increase sales, margin and market share, develop relationships across commercial and operational levels, and convert quotations into secured business while expanding the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into housebuilders and developers is preferred.
• Commercial, project-led relationship management across a regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a £3.5/4m+ regional territory with circa 40 active accounts.
• Build relationships with national and regional housebuilders across the North West.
• Develop relationships at regional, commercial and operational level.
• Identify new projects, developments and specifications.
• Convert quotations and opportunities into secured business.
• Grow revenue, margin and market share across the region.
• Collaborate with contracts, quotations, customer service and installation teams.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure excellent account management throughout the project lifecycle.
