Job summary

The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama (RWCMD) invites applications for the Programme Manager role covering North Wales. You will develop and coordinate engagement activity across communities, schools, music and drama venues, acting as a regional ambassador for RWCMD and partner arts organisations.

You will work with Theatr Clwyd and local organisations to promote access to events and opportunities, contributing to the College’s strategic engagement with North Wales communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate North Wales engagement activities across music and drama
• Support talent development and pathways for young people
• Engage with schools, community groups, and venues to promote Open RWCMD
• Assist with recruitment, outreach, and regional representation for RWCMD North Wales
• Collaborate across departments to realise the College’s vision and strategy
