Responsibilities

  • Technical lead for specified accounts in their region.
  • Provide feedback and technical coaching to SVSP’s during initial review of sites.
  • Manage and deliver escalation calls for assigned customers on a weekly basis.
  • Report quarterly to the Director of Operations and Regional Manager regarding training needs.
