Stonewater is seeking an Estate Services Manager to lead the delivery of estate services across our North region in a hybrid role. You will oversee contracts, drive service quality and manage a team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, contract management, budget oversight and the ability to use data and GIS to inform decisions. Collaboration with residents and partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an estate services team.
• Strong contract and supplier management experience.
• Experience procuring and managing services.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
• The ability to interpret data and management information for seniorStakeholders.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements relating to estate-based services.
• Experience working with customers and resident groups.
• Budget management and IT skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery and performance of estate service contracts, ensuring suppliers meet standards and KPIs.
• Oversee grounds maintenance, communal and estate cleaning and pest management.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and partners, driving improvements.
• Manage estate inspections and surveys, ensuring issues are identified and resolved.
• Use data, MI, GIS and digital systems to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Own estate services budgets, monitor spend and ensure value for money.
• Lead on procurement requirements and reconcile invoices and service charges.
• Ensure services are delivered safely and in line with Health and Safety requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, residents, colleagues and partners to resolve issues and improve services.
• Handle complaints professionally and use feedback to improve customer experience.
• Lead and support service improvement projects that make a meaningful difference.
